Choose any center (Heart is usually first as it is the center).

Tap the button to represent how you sense your center is doing.

Awareness is dark (bottom) to light (top)

Energy is dull (left) to saturated (right)

Select a color for the Mind & Body centers.

When you are done, you should have a stack of 3 colors in RGB.

This is an abstract, approximate representation of how you are doing in the present moment.

Take a screenshot of this on your phone or computer.

Use again after the experience to capture your state again.
